Welcome to the HK New Energy EV Information Platform. This is a free information aggregation service providing vehicle directory, charging station maps, cost calculators, route planning, news, and community forums. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.
By registering or using this platform, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
You agree to: provide accurate information, not post illegal or inappropriate content, not abuse the review/report features. Violations may result in account suspension.
Content you post in forums, reviews, and reports represents your personal views, not the platform's. You bear full legal responsibility for your content. You grant the platform a non-exclusive, revocable license to display and manage your content. The platform reserves the right (but not the obligation) to edit, hide, or delete any content at any time.
You must not post: (1) defamatory or attacking content; (2) copyright, trademark, or IP infringements; (3) pornographic, indecent, or violent content; (4) fraudulent, false, or misleading information; (5) hate speech or discrimination; (6) content violating the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance or any Hong Kong law; (7) unauthorized commercial advertising. Violations will result in immediate content removal and possible permanent account ban.
All platform content (vehicle data, articles, images, software) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without authorization. Users must not post copyrighted third-party content (articles, images, videos) in forums or reviews unless they own the rights or have authorization. If you are a copyright holder and find infringing content, please notify us via the complaint process. We will process it within 48 hours.
To report any violating/infringing/defamatory/illegal content: (1) Use the flag/report button in forums/reviews; (2) Message administrators via the platform forum. We commit to evaluating and acting on complaints within 48 hours (removal/hide/ban). Urgent or illegal content will be handled immediately. Complainants must provide: URL of the content, reason for complaint, and supporting evidence (e.g., copyright proof).
You are responsible for your password and account activity. You can delete your account at any time.
This platform currently operates as a free information service with no paid features. If paid features (e.g., shop) are introduced in the future, payment and refund policies will be announced separately.
Charging station data comes from government sources and user reports; we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Route planning is for reference only; follow actual traffic rules.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Major changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
