FAQ & usage guide

How to use the charging map?

On the Stations page, filter by district, operator, power, or connector. The map shows live availability (green = available, red = full). Tap a station for details, favorites, and availability alerts.

How to plan a charging route?

On the Route Planner, enter start and end (or use My Location), pick a vehicle or set range/battery manually. The system computes reach, en-route chargers, and estimated energy cost.

How to estimate charging cost?

The Cost Calculator compares EV vs. fuel car ownership cost (purchase/energy/maintenance/licensing). Enter your usage to get a 5-year total cost comparison.

Data sources & accuracy

Station data integrates Transport Dept CSDI/EPD, CLP, operators, and community contributions. Live availability updates every few minutes per source — for reference only.

Registration & sign-in

Sign up with email or username; Google sign-in supported. Reset password from the login page if forgotten. Members can favorite stations, watch availability, join the forum, and redeem points.
